Step 1: Go into the contact record and update the 'Status' Field into Paused.
Or you can set the 'Pause Contact On' field to a specific date when you want to paused the contact from the drip campaign and/or weekly group Q&A campaign.
This will trigger the Pause/Unpause Automation to PAUSE the contact from the membership drip campaign so they won't keep getting receiving emails and access to new content.
Step 2: Update the Program End Date to adjust the graduation/off-boarding process of thecontact.
Step 3: To UNPAUSE the contact, just simply update the 'Status' field again into Active/Enrolled.
Or you can set the 'Unpause Contact On' field to a specific date when you want them to be active again.
This will trigger the Pause/Unpause Automation to UNPAUSE the contact from the membership drip campaign so they won't keep getting receiving emails and access to new content.
