My login isn't working, what do I do next?
Reset your password and try to log in again (check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the reset email immediately)
If you have the correct password and still can’t login, it could be a cookie or caching issue. Try clearing your cache.

I am trying to access the next module but can't see it
If you are not getting access to the modules because you are logged out and cannot log in, please check this help article first.
If you are not getting access to the next modules (but are logged in) please follow the following steps:
1. Check your timeline. Our system gives you access to each next module automatically every 7 days. For example, when you first get started, you access Module 1 immediately, then 7 days later, Module 2 will automatically unlock for you.
2. Request access from the support team
3. If the team confirms that they have opened up your access to that module OR if you previously had access to that module and your access seems to have disappeared, it could be a cookie or caching issue.
- Try clearing your cache
- Then log out and log back in
- Then try to access that module that you could not access before.
4. If that doesn’t show you access to the module, open an "incognito" window or guest browser and login there (How to use an incognito browser).
Then try to access that module that you could not access before and let us know that even though it was opened up for you, you still are not seeing that module and we will troubleshoot it further with you.
We want to ensure you have access to the Modules as soon as possible and are here to support you in this process.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot password link on the login page and fill in your email address and it will re-send you your password.
